ask gab why she uses two "bronzers", where to eat in nyc this month, and her best tips for amazing skin
I love the summer months — more time spent frolicking then on my thesis project… jokes! Maybe 🤫! It’s been a real rollercoaster the past week: balancing friends in town, some fun brand events, and trying to get in 100g+ of daily protein. This week we’re saying hello to October. Autumn holds a special restorative energy that I look forward to all year. It’s prime time to harvest memories of the long, yet fleeting summer days. I’ve gotta keep those top of mind when it’s dark at 4pm in January. Welcome back to the weekly: a collection of musings, recommendations, and reviews curated by me, for you.

In my humble opinion, the best times of year to visit the city are the entire month of May and late September/early October! The weather is nice, tourist season isn’t in full swing, and the city is just extra gorgeous! I love being a tourist in my own city. It’s nice to have a break from the mundane routine of work and school and creating. My favorite travel companions (aka high school besties) came to visit the city this past weekend.
